White GravyOriginally published in November, 2011, I thought I would revisit this versatile and vibrant vegan gravy. It is simple, yet packed with flavor, and can pair with any number of tasty entrees, especially Portobello Steaks with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Or try it over simple biscuits. Take it to a potluck and watch how people eat it up without knowing there’s no meat in it. Also check out the variations for this Kitchen Shaman recipe.
